Job Description
You will be the PAC-3 IST Lead for the Integrated Subsystems Team. Our team is responsible for managing material requirements, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring seamless production operations for the PAC-3 program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the PAC-3 IST Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to drive mitigation activities, manage supplier issues, and optimize resource planning. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production Operations, and PP&C to ensure program success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing assigned Integrated Subsystems Team (IST) tasks, including capacity shortage reports and metrics
• Processing LTLT PO's, PO placement, and resolving supplier issues
• Driving mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain
• Communicating extensively with internal stakeholders, including SEMAC, Program Supply Chain, and customers
• Presenting to management and participating in IST production meetings
• Managing various projects as assigned and traveling to support production and supplier activities as needed

Basic Qualifications
Ability to multitask is a firm requirement for this position
Ability to drive mitigation activities.
Extensive Excel proficency to include Tableau capabilities
Ability to manage supplier issues daily in order to support the Missile IPT, Production and various customers.
Ability to eventually act as the team Trainer for new hires & Skillsbridge personnel for Management as skills develop.
Extensive communication skills to include emails, phone calls, presentations to management, and ISTs production meetings. MUST be able to drive issues thru consistent communication (outside of emails) with Suppliers & Team.
Some travel may be required based on the supplier and support to Production.
Position is Hybrid with required onsite presence T/W and remote work M/Th (subject to change based upon
Program and/or MFC guidance)
Various projects will be assigned as needed.
Bachelors degree
Desired skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work changing priorities and work as assigned
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
