Full Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking an experienced APP (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our established Primary Care team at the South Pavilion Integrated Care Campus.

Enjoy a four (4) day-work week at this busy outpatient setting along with strong collaboration and coordination among providers and team members. Team-based care is supplemented with behavioral health, care management and medical assistants that work one-to-one with the providers.

Experience is required

Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required as we care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner:

  • Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master's, post-master's or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission


  • 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience Required
  • Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role Required
  • Experience as a Nurse Practictioner Preferred


  • LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
  • CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required


Physician Assistant:
  • Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
  • LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
  • CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
  • CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
