Cenvar is seeking Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required-we train you on the industry. We are looking for strong communicators who can build trust, stay organized, and follow a proven sales process.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
- Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

- Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean record, ability to pass a background check, and high school diploma/GED.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.
- Experience: Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required!
