Responsibilities

  • Develop accounts and territory through follow-up, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Conduct site inspections and deliver proposals and material demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate information for proposal creation.
  • Engage in some overnight travel during account meetings and events.
  • Demonstrate motivation to help grow and build regional sales.
  • Conduct target marketing and business development meetings.

Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus

The annual, total compensation for this territory is: $120k - $300k

Job Summary:
  • Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings. All sales are B2B
  • New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
  • Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
  • Some overnight travel
  • Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales


Candidate Qualifications:
  • B2B sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred
  • 2 + years of past territory and account development experience
  • Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
  • The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
  • Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
  • Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
