Full Job Description
Southern Roofing and Renovations in Jonesboro, AR is ready to add an ambitious and communicative leader to our team as a full-time Outside Sales Manager! This business development position directly oversees field reps, motivates and coaches them, and builds profitable connections to ensure our company meets goals and revenue targets.

Our Outside Sales Manager earns base pay and commission for an earning potential of $100,000+ per year! We'll also provide you with a monthly vehicle reimbursement and terrific benefits like:

This business development position works between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. There is some potential for Saturday work between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Take the next step in your career with a team that's just as passionate and motivated as you are!

OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES & PRIORITIES
  • Working in our office and out in the field to forge new connections, drive revenue growth, and support business development
  • Leading a driven sales team and coaching them in the best strategies and techniques for closing deals
  • Setting quotas for your team in alignment with company goals and motivating reps to meet their targets
  • Maintaining a high-performing and high-achieving culture
  • Tracking performance metrics and generating reports using analytics tools
  • Creating partnerships and strengthening connections with construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals
