The Sales Engineer will leverage their experience in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide customized solutions for commercial projects, collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the willingness to travel throughout the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors to promote our industry-leading HVAC solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide tailored solutions to meet diverse commercial client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a cutting-edge advantage.
- Travel primarily within Michigan's Lower Peninsula + Northern Ohio.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or system design.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
