Full Job Description
In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You will then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities. Job Responsibilities: • Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport. • Accurately uncover and assess customers' needs and vision for their outdoor space. • Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions. • Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction. • Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience. • Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc. • Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads. Experience & Skills: • Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career. • Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology. • Must have your driver's license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines. • Construction experience a plus. • If you have passion for home improvement and/or experience providing high level customer service (I.e., windows, bathrooms/kitchens, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate, etc.), this might be the position for you!
