About the Position We are looking for an Outpatient Program Manager to join our team in Medford, OR! The Outpatient Program Manager will assist the program director in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical and operation aspects of outpatient program activities including policies and procedures. They will Adopt and implement evidence-based, structured administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience. The Outpatient Program Manager will provide clinical support by leading meetings, coordinating and providing clinical development trainings as needed. They will also provide supervision to QMHP'S and QMHA'S to a) meet OAR standards and b) assist them to increase their skills, improve quality of services to individuals, and compliance with outpatient program policies and procedures.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You'll Make$7,000 - $7,500 per month DOE/Credentials
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.About the ProgramColumbiaCare Outpatient Services offers friendly, professional, and integrated behavioral health services in Southern Oregon's Jackson County! Our skilled team of staff provides comprehensive services to meet the needs of Jackson Care Connect and AllCare members as they pursue a healthier and happier future. For the convenience of our clients, we offer regular outpatient clinic hours in two locations, and both our Central Clinic and Downtown Clinic offer same-day, walk-in intakes to establish care.

What You'll NeedEligibility requires:- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Must meet QMHP requirements.
- Experience working with adult, youth, and family services preferred.
- Must be willing and able to transfer to another program or work location as organizational needs require.
If you have not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within the first week of employment.
Must also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
