Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Miami, Florida.
We welcome
Physical Therapists at all experience levels, including experienced clinicians, early-career Physical Therapists, and recent graduates. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can continue developing their skills while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Our practice focuses on
outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, with patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, functional limitations, and goals.
- Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
- Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait training, and other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
- Provide excellent patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.
- Participate in a collaborative clinical environment and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
