Job Description: - Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Applicants

- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab 2488 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy Kissimmee, FL 34744
- Contributes to and participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports departmental quality standards and initiatives.
- Facilitates orientation and training for clinical staff and completes clinical competencies for all staff members.
- Collaborates with management on clinical staff hiring, performance appraisals, and continuing education requests.
- Coordinates in-services by clinical staff and vendors, and mentors new graduates.
- Assists in daily operations, including clinical and service rounding, leading staff meetings, and preparing management reports.
- Collaborates with management on clinician and technician schedules to meet patient needs. Investigates, responds to, and resolves complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Performs all duties of a Physical Therapist as per Physical Therapist job description.
- Promotes a collaborative and supportive environment by serving as a mentor and positive role model for clinical staff and students, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence through evidence-based practice and Engaging in autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, and clinical practice education within a peer group.
- Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
- Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community Other duties as assigned.
Education: Field of Study: Work Experience: - 1+ professional clinical competency and commitment to patient-oriented practice [Required]
