- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Up to $10,000 sign on bonus
- Up to $3000 relocation bonus
- Checks in with staff routinely, facilitates individualized developmental meetings, and completes performance appraisals accurately and within established timeframes.
- Plans and implements employee engagement activities, provides systematic feedback, and counsels staff as needed.
- Maintains area-specific productivity standards and overall performance through documentation.
- Assists with patient care within the scope of practice when available and required.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and standards of accrediting bodies and payers. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders to investigate, respond, and resolve complaints
- Disseminates pertinent information to appropriate staff members as observed by leadership.
- Monitors staff and equipment needs, revenue, expenses, and labor tracking, establishing plans for variances and monitoring results.
- Participates in the development of staff clinical skills and monitors customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Monitors department metrics, process improvement initiatives, both clinical and operational, documents results, creates action plans and deploys to staff.
- Interviews hires and orients new staff ensuring competency with area processes, equipment, safety, and operational plans. Participates in marketing the program in the hospital, community, and to medical personnel. Other duties as assigned.

Education: • Master's [Preferred]
• Doctorate [Preferred]
Field of Study: • Master's in Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Therapy [Preferred]
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy [Preferred]
Work Experience: - 2+ years' experience in treating Physical Therapy Patients [Required]
- 1 year experience in treating Ortho Physical Therapy Patients [Preferred]
- 1+ supervisory/leadership experience [Preferred]
