Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or outbound product management for a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology product.
  • Experience operating in an ambiguous environment, proposing innovative approaches and solutions to address market shifts to capitalize on opportunity in a dynamic market.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Partnerships and Commercial teams, brokering trade offs with stakeholders and understanding their needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical topics to a different audience (e.g., engineers, sales, executives, and customers).

In this role, you will possess deep product expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise-level technology products.

Responsibilities
  • Drive AI-first transformation with our most strategic customers with business case development, product building, change management and business case validation. Successful engagement graduates into repeatable GTM playbooks to enable scale.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform the product roadmap and prioritization. Present product outlook, strategy, and roadmap to customers, analysts, press, and at industry events.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate market needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure product development aligns with market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Training) to ensure successful, synchronized launches and sustained market adoption.
  • Act as the primary product expert for high-value sales engagements, strategic partnerships, and executive briefings. This requires owning product metrics related to adoption, usage, and market perception following launch.
