Shift Schedule:- Schedule: Monday thru Friday
- Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Day Shift)
Job Description- Schedule outbound shipments by arranging for transportation of finished goods to Mars warehouses and customers. This includes understanding vehicle usage and documentation, the distribution network, and inventory management.
- Schedule direct customer shipments by working with Mars Customer Care and Replenishment teams, matching production schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating with appropriate carriers and customer warehouses.
- Accountable for all finished goods production credit by item, quantity, and code date. Reconcile discrepancies in WMS and SAP and communicate with S&F and Mars Warehouses as needed. SASA and Cycle Count Reconciliation through ZRECON in SAP will also be required.
- Accountable for all inventory adjustments related to finished goods
- Orchestrate with the Shipping department loading trucks to meet specific weight and/or pallet targets, as well as timely loading to ensure on-time and complete shipments
- Troubleshoot issues with finished goods deployment, DFC, and customer direct shipments. Issues caused by changing production schedules, deployments, SAP/VLM download problems, and recommended shipments.
- Constant interpersonal communication with all trucking companies on present and future loads, yard allocation, loaded, empty, and rejected trailers in the yard
- Manage, report, and action (if necessary) destination accuracy, OS&D (over, short, and damage) reporting, with shipping associates as well as site management
- Must learn and be proficient in SAP applications and WMS
- Perform daily/weekly cycle counts accurately and efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy
Minimum Qualifications- Line Manager Approval
- 2-4+ years of operational or continuous improvement experience in a high-speed manufacturing, packaging, or consumer packaged goods (CPG/FMCG) environment.
- Clear, proven ability to relate to, engage, and motivate people at all organizational levels-from frontline operational teams to plant leadership.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety and quality compliance, with foundational knowledge of industrial safety standards (LOTO, machine guarding) and food manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP, GFSI).
- Active forklift certification with hands-on experience safely operating material handling equipment in high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing inbound receiving and outbound shipping operations within a fast-paced warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
