Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSP fielding, construction, or engineering.
• Proficient in site surveys for both aerial and underground fiber deployment.
• Familiar with U.S. ROW/municipal permitting and utility attachments.
• Experience using GIS and CAD tools such as AutoCAD, IQGEO, and ArcGIS.
• Knowledge of engineering standards pertaining to poles, conduits, and splice points.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer calls to update job status and progress.
• Build analytical reports using Excel and other tools.
• Coordinate with teams for design, permitting, and process setup.
• Conduct site surveys to inform OSP design and engineering decisions.
• Mentor OSP fielders on safety practices and data collection methods.
• Develop training programs aimed at improving field package quality.
• Audit field standards periodically to instigate continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or constructability issues during projects.
