Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist
The Opportunity:

Whether it's process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that's what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It's why we're looking for someone like you-an organizational transformation and change specialist can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency within the national security sector. As a change management professional, you'll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop communications plans, trainings, or change strategies. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll have a tangible impact on your client's mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
  • Knowledge of change frameworks, executive messaging strategy, stakeholder engagement models, and organizational readiness assessments for enterprise software or operational shifts
  • Ability to partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into strategic communication plans and cross-functional delivery roadmaps
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), management consulting, or leading large-scale workforce or digital transformations, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), management consulting, or leading large-scale workforce or digital transformations


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience managing multi-channel change communications, manager toolkits, and training execution for enterprise deployments
  • Knowledge of OKR planning or reporting frameworks and internal communication systems for large organizational divisions
  • Ability to mentor staff, manage project risk, and lead cross-functional delivery teams across complex client initiatives
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Public Policy, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
