What You Will Do:
The Organizational Change Management Training Specialist will support organizational readiness and user adoption through communication, training, and change management activities. Develops training materials, stakeholder engagement strategies, and user support resources that help prepare personnel for new processes and technologies. Assists in measuring and promoting adoption outcomes.
Support readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and user-support activities for FMBT interface, conversion, data cleanse, wave deployment, and transition changes. Develop training materials, stakeholder communications, readiness collateral, user support resources, SOP/job-aid content, training coordination, adoption measurement inputs, and change impacts tied to Momentum/iFAMS processes, testing, go-live, post-go-live support, and transition activities.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
Bachelor's degree
THREE (3) or more years of professional experience; Organizational Change Management (OCM), training development, communications, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and/or project support.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Prosci/CCMP certified
Experience with large technology implementation
Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) communications, training job aids
VA/TMS familiarity,
Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe, process mapping, and federal financial management transformation experience.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
