THE ROLEEverpure is in the middle of an S/4HANA transformation, and Order Management (OM) sits at the center of it - every customer order, price, and contract has to work the same way after go-live as it does today. This role owns the OM process expertise that makes that possible: translating how order-to-cash actually runs today into how it needs to run in SAP, and catching the gaps before they become production problems. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with functional and technical implementation teams, testing and validating the system against the realities of the business rather than just the spec.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own OM process design and validation across the SAP implementation lifecycle, from initial build through post-go-live stabilization
- Lead UAT, integration testing, and data validation for order processing and financial posting, catching discrepancies before they reach customers or the books
- Guide data migration decisions for customer, pricing, and contract master data, ensuring nothing critical is lost or misconfigured in the move
- Diagnose process and system issues at the root cause and drive the fix, not just the workaround
- Prepare the business for go-live through training and change management so teams can operate confidently in the new system
WHAT YOU BRING- Deep fluency in order-to-cash processes and how they interact with pricing, contracts, and downstream financial posting
- Hands-on experience carrying at least one full-cycle SAP implementation from design through deployment, ideally on S/4HANA
- Working knowledge of SAP SD and how it integrates with MM, FI, and CRM
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills, with the judgment to know when a system issue needs a process fix versus a technical one
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the
Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
