Order Management and Logistics Analyst ensure timely order fulfilment, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role requires coordinating with various departments, optimizing logistics operations.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key responsibilities encompass:Technical Excellence: Transportation Management Systems TMS,Warehouse Management Systems WMS, Order Management Systems OMS, and Route Optimization SoftwareOversee the order management process from order entry to delivery. Lead a team of order management analysts. Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of orders. Resolve complex order related issues and customer complaints. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $45,540-$128,035

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
