About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, independent, and results-driven Order Management Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to support the end-to-end order lifecycle across Skydio's hardware, software, accessories, and service offerings. You will help ensure accurate order processing, operational efficiency, and timely fulfillment while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, support best practices, and drive smooth transactions.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment activities for Skydio products and services
  • Review purchase orders and sales submissions for completeness, accuracy, pricing, and policy compliance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support order execution and delivery timelines
  • Monitor order backlog, shipment status, and fulfillment metrics to proactively identify and resolve operational risks
  • Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, billing issues, and inventory constraints
  • Analyze operational KPIs and provide recommendations to improve workflows and operational scalability
  • Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks
  • Support implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, reporting, and automation tools
  • Assist in maintaining operational documentation, SOPs, and enablement materials
  • Partner closely with the Dock Deployment Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment scheduling, deployment logistics, and operational execution for Dock-related orders

  • Experience supporting hardware operations, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • International order management or logistics experience is a plus
  • Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions.


Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $135,000*. Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long-term financial growth, and we ensure all regular, full-time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's group health insurance plans.
