Role and Responsibilities

The Oral Surgeon specializes in surgeries of the mouth, gums, teeth, neck, and jaw. As an Oral Surgeon, you will consult with patients about treatment options, perform surgeries, and keep up on the latest advances in surgical and dental technology.

  • Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
  • Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
  • Utilize a patient centric approach.
  • Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
  • Hard working, ethical, and reliable.


Education and Experience
  • Single or dual degree required.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible required.
  • Good standing with the Board required.
  • Must be current on ALL licenses, certifications, and continuing education.


Skills and Abilities
  • Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
  • Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
  • Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
  • Open to continuous learning and mastering how to do things the "Paradigm way".
