An experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Integration Architect (SAP)
The Work:
We are seeking a seasoned CCS Conversion SAP Mapping Lead to own the end-to-end data and field mapping effort from SAP (source) to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service - CCS (target). Operating at manager level, this role leads a team of mapping analysts and developers, drives cross-functional alignment between SAP functional teams and Oracle CCS architects, and is accountable for the quality, completeness, and delivery of all conversion mapping artefacts across the program.
Key responsibilities- Mapping leadership
- Own and govern the SAP-to-CCS field mapping strategy, standards, and artefact framework across all conversion workstreams (customer, account, billing, metering, premises, etc.).
- Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed source-to-target mapping specifications, transformation rules, data type conversions, and default/derivation logic.
- Analyse SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities data structures (BP, contract account, installation, device, move-in/out) and map these accurately to CCS / CC&B / C2M target entities.
- Identify and resolve mapping gaps, data quality issues, and complex transformation scenarios, escalating risks and decisions to program leadership as appropriate.
This is a hybrid role in Tampa, FL and will require 3 days per week in the office.Here is what you need:• Minimum of 5 years experience on Oracle Cloud CCS data conversion from legacy SAP source system
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
