Full Job Description
Work You'll Do

As a Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for:

Assessing current-state business processes and defining target-state capabilities, process designs, and solution roadmaps across order capture, fulfillment, procurement, inventory, financials, and customer service
  • Leading functional transformation efforts across Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Financials, and order capture and commerce capabilities
  • Translating business needs into functional requirements, workflows, controls, data requirements, and implementation priorities to support end-to-end solution design
  • Shaping artificial intelligence strategy and adoption roadmaps and driving execution of prioritized use cases across automation, exception management, operational insights, and decision support
  • Leading delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations while managing governance, risks, dependencies, quality, adoption, and outcomes

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 15+ years of experience managing Oracle transformations
  • 1+ years of experience developing AI strategy, adoption, and implementation for Oracle clients to improve business processing
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience leading business process modernization across order capture, fulfillment, procurement, inventory, financials, and customer service
  • Experience defining transformation roadmaps and target-state operating models
  • Experience developing artificial intelligence use cases and adoption strategies for enterprise technology programs
  • Experience serving Government and Public Services clients
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
