Full Job Description
You Are:

An Oracle SCM Consultant with hands-on experience delivering Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. You combine functional knowledge with strong client-facing skills and enjoy working across business and technology teams to design, configure, and deploy scalable supply chain solutions.

You are comfortable supporting implementation and AMS engagements, collaborating with stakeholders, and helping clients adopt best-practice supply chain processes enabled by Oracle Cloud.

The Work:

As an Oracle SCM Consultant, you will:
  • Help clients understand and adopt leading supply chain business processes using Oracle Cloud SCM
  • Participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations and AMS engagements, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Support functional areas such as Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, or Planning (based on experience and project needs)
  • Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules in line with business requirements and Oracle best practices
  • Assist with functional design documents, system configuration, test scripts, and user acceptance testing
  • Work closely with technical and integration teams to support end-to-end process flows
  • Identify risks, issues, and solution options, and support recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, teammates, and project leadership to support successful delivery
  • Continue to build Oracle SCM expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing, assets, and practice growth


English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. Bilingual (English/French) - not required.

Here's What You Need:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions (Oracle Cloud preferred)
  • Functional experience in one or more Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Costing)
  • Experience participating in Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, or AMS support engagements
  • Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline


Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Oracle Cloud SCM Certifications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
