You Are:

The Record to Report/Asset to Retire Lead Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing financial accounting processes, fixed-asset lifecycle administration, and end-to-end solution integrity within Oracle ERP Cloud. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance adherence, streamlined asset management, and effective integration across core finance modules. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional SMEs to deliver a high-quality, scalable, and compliant financial solution.

The Work:

To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Oracle Cloud and a deep understanding of the Record to Report process. Your background in accounting will be essential, as it will enable you to grasp the financial implications of the functional decisions made within the system. Management skills are also vital, as you will be leading teams and driving project components to completion. Exposure to deployment planning and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be beneficial. Your success in this position will be enhanced by your ability to drive best practices, define functional requirements, and deliver on the responsibilities of the module under your charge.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
