Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional PPM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and a strong understanding of project accounting, financials, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud PPM solutions for our clients.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and upgrades.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to project financials, costing, billing, and resource management.
• Configure Oracle PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, and Grants Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and HR to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and recommend enhancements.

This role can work remotely within the US at 50-70/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with a focus on PPM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, especially Project Costing, Billing, and Contracts.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM or Financials.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools like OTBI or BI Publisher.
• Prior consulting experience with large-scale ERP implementations
