What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible to support deliverables based on Business enhancement in a fast-paced environment.
Support 24/7 Ops support and tickets related to production issues Work on Technical Transformation and modernize the application base on new technologies Develop External Reporting & Interface design
Primary Technical Skill Sets:
7+ years of experience with Oracle 10g or 11g PL/SQL: packages,
7+ procedures, functions, triggers, views, complex SQL, performance
7+ tuning
Experience in working with very large databases (200+ TB or greater) Experience with SQL tuning of application queries developed for 200+ terabyte databases Experience Unix/Linux, Perl, Shell scripting Experience working with Cloud computing, Exposure to Java/J2EE programming Exposure to Billing or Telecom Software development process & applicable methodologies and Agile work Environment Workload Automation experience with ESP or similar scheduling software Experience in using AI tools - Copilot, Generative AI and Agentic AI Operations & support: incident triage, RCA, SLAs, monitoring tools Experience in AI Tools, CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer science or similar.
