Responsibilities: • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional • Related certifications in Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, or Absence Management are often highly valued for lead roles Qualifications: • Minimum of 6 years of experience • College degree preferred • SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership • Solution design and governance; Cross-functional coordination with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR • Payroll inbound and outbound integrations; Audit and reconciliation reporting • Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and Payroll flow patterns • Advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience • Multi-platform implementations and experience in payroll and HR data governance
