Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in payroll implementation and HR processes
• College degree preferred, enhancing credibility in the field
• Strong leadership experience in SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing
• Proficient in solution design and cross-functional coordination
• Expertise in payroll integrations, audit, and reconciliation reporting
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations and flow patterns
• Advanced knowledge of union-related payroll tax and reconciliation processes

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations from start to finish
• Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams
• Manage SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing phases for payroll systems
• Conduct audit and reconciliation reporting to ensure compliance
• Customize and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll systems effectively
• Implement and oversee payroll inbound and outbound integrations
• Design solutions to streamline payroll and HR data governance
