Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Managed Services on the Government & Public Services Enterprise Operations as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP application management services engagements for Government & Public Services clients, including service quality, delivery governance, and client satisfaction
  • Managing steady-state support operations across incident, problem, change, release, and minor enhancement processes for Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise resource planning platforms
  • Leading cross-functional teams supporting finance, procurement, supply chain, and enterprise operations processes while partnering with business and information technology stakeholders to prioritize backlog and resolve production issues
  • Monitoring service level agreements, key performance indicators, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans; leading governance forums; and preparing status reporting for client stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, automation, knowledge management, operational stabilization, and team coaching across managed services engagements

Our Enterprise Operations as a Service offering provides services to meet our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of consulting, enterprise resource planning, or enterprise applications experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams or workstreams in a client-service environment
  • 2+ years experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning in an implementation, post-go-live, or application management services environment
  • Experience with information technology service management processes, including incident, change, release, and problem management
  • Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
