Full Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Life Sciences to support client work across the life sciences sector. In this role, you will help clients solve business and operational challenges through analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Life Sciences on the Life Sciences team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting client engagements across strategy, operations, transformation, quality, regulatory, or digital initiatives
  • Conducting analyses, synthesizing findings, and developing client-ready presentations, recommendations, and status updates
  • Managing assigned workstreams, tracking milestones, and coordinating with client stakeholders and project teams
  • Translating business requirements into structured plans, actions, and implementation considerations
  • Contributing to research, proposal support, asset development, and internal knowledge sharing

Deloitte's Life Sciences practice supports organizations across biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, and adjacent sectors. Teams combine industry knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to help clients address complex business priorities.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in life sciences consulting or the life sciences industry
  • 2+ years of experience supporting strategy, operations, transformation, quality, regulatory, or digital initiatives
  • Experience creating client-ready deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leading a project workstream, including timeline and deliverable management
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree in business, public health, life sciences, or engineering
  • Experience supporting biopharma, medtech, or diagnostics clients
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews or workshops
  • Experience with process improvement or operating model design
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams in a client-service environment
