A seasoned Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead who can own integration design and delivery end-to-end—partnering with stakeholders, guiding technical teams, and ensuring integrations are scalable, secure, and supportable. You’re comfortable working across Oracle Cloud and enterprise application landscapes, and you bring strong delivery leadership (including offshore coordination) alongside hands-on integration expertise.
The Work:
Define Integration Strategy in coordination with client IT leadership, identifying appropriate integration toolsets aligned to client’s landscape and aligning integration patterns with business requirements.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Cloud applications and surrounding enterprise systems.
Own integration architecture and solution design, including orchestration patterns, data mappings, transformations, and error handling.
Build and manage SOAP/REST integrations, file-based interfaces, and integration workflows to meet business requirements.
Configure and manage OIC components including adapters, connections, and integration flows.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure stability, performance, and high availability.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OIC integrations, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Lead and mentor delivery teams (including offshore teams), provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and align delivery to business goals.
Contribute across the SDLC from planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare; ensure quality via testing and debugging.
Stay current on emerging integration capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. Bilingual (English/French) - not required.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 5+ years of experience with the following:
Development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC and other 3rd party tools such as POSTMAN and SoapUI.
OIC adapters, usage of File adapter, usage of orchestration integration patterns (Scheduled and App-driven).
Implementing various integration patterns (e.g., real-time, batch, event-driven) to meet business requirements following Oracle best practices. Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM API capabilities.
Supporting integrations, including monitoring, and altering. Working experience in Oracle OIC, ERP & HCM Technical. Working experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for UI extensions and SaaS integrations, providing guidance on APEX applications where appropriate.
Reviewing and integrating all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements with working experience in financials’ web services, FBDI, OTBI, BIP.
Experience in building reports in Oracle Fusion using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), Oracle BI Publisher and Data models, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages) Oracle DB objects (Table, Views, Index, Sequence) design, creation, maintenance, and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Build Management.
An Oracle Cloud certification - Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist.
Hands on development experience in PL/SQL or Core Java.
Having experience with PCS (Process Cloud Services – Workflow) is added advantage.
