  • Finalize delivery plans for RICE and lead strategy discussions across streams.
  • Manage fusion environments and liaise between different streams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices for Oracle technology deployments.

What will your typical day look like?

Join a passionate engagement team responsible for multiple aspects of a project life cycle including identifying business requirements, design and prototyping solutions, technical development, testing, and training.

Below are the key activities during a typical day:
• Lead clients through the project life cycle acting as a technical subject matter expert.
• Lead a development team for design, development of Integrations, Reports, Data Conversions, Custom Module extensions.
• Strategize and Lead conversations with clients for integration development involving 3rd parties.
• Client interactions through workshops/daily touch points and leading the technology stream of work on implementation projects
• Working cross stream and finalizing the delivery plan for RICE along with leading strategy discussions.
• Manage fusion environments and liaising cross stream for managing fusion environments.
• Collaborate cross stream(security, infrastructure) to ensure successful outcomes and a consistent solution for the technology footprint.
• Act as trusted advisor for clients and suggesting leading practices for the deployment of Oracle technology solution.
• Working with client and internal teams and Oracle in addressing and escalation of Service Requests
• Contribute to our growing Oracle HRT practice and community through building proprietary technology assets and accelerators
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continually improve our delivery methodology

Enough about us, let's talk about you
• Has a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience delivering Oracle HR technology solutions in the capacity of a technical lead.
• Experience with web services and programming languages - including SOAP, REST, XPATH/XSLT, PL/SQL, JavaScripting, Java will be an asset.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools - BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI), HCM Extract will be an asset.
• Understanding of Oracle fusion loader tools - HDL and being able to contribute to cross stream discussions.
• Understanding of OCI foundations to support Oracle Fusion SaaS implementations and being able to lead conversations with the client's infrastructure team.
• Experience with middleware tool(s) like Oracle Integration Cloud, and knowledge on SOA Suite, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi will be an asset
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder tools will be an asset.
• Oracle HR application(s) functional module knowledge and end to end flows and fusion certifications will be an asset.
• Foundational Understanding of Oracle Analytics will be an asset.
• Understanding of Oracle fusion and OCI licensing will be an asset.
• Exposure and working experience of the delivery dynamics between onsite and offshore.
• Interest in Oracle AI concepts such as Oracle Fusion AI agents , OCI AI foundations.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
