Full Job Description
In this role, you will take ownership of designing and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM HR Help Desk module to meet the unique needs of federal government clients. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, identifying any gaps between current system capabilities and business objectives, and translating these findings into actionable solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), developing detailed test conditions and scenarios, and configuring the Oracle Core HCM module to ensure it aligns with client expectations. You will also execute unit testing to validate your configurations and serve as the primary point contact between the client and the development team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM HR Help Desk, particularly in federal government environments, will be highly beneficial in this position. Familiarity with reviewing requirements, designing solutions, and drafting functional design documents for RICEFW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) will help you excel. Hands-on experience with system configuration, test execution, and defect triage will further support your success. Additionally, a willingness to upskill and pursue certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules will enable you to stay current with evolving technologies and best practices.

  • Triage test defects and provide timely resolutions
  • Support training activities for end users and stakeholders
