Job DescriptionAs the Senior Director, Client Site Leader you will provide onsite leadership for associates involved in development, design, and optimization of technical information system platforms for IT Managed Services clients.
You will be responsible for leveraging your strong interpersonal and communications skills, you will build professional partnerships within Oracle Health and with client leaders at all levels; drive client technology strategy development and financial planning; and align client goals and strategies with current IP capabilities and roadmaps. You will also be responsible for establishing projects, goals and objectives that advance client imperatives and can be shared across organizations, as well as lead onsite teams that develop, design, and optimize technical information system platforms. Additional key responsibilities include developing and fostering collaboration between technology communities across Oracle Health and IT Managed Services sites; creating and articulating vision and business strategies internally and externally; leading, directing and reviewing the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and organization.
As a leader of people, you will establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress; influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within a broader area of responsibility; and identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization. In addition, you will deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success and promote associate growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities while also owning decision-making for staffing and performance decisions for direct reports. Perform other responsibilities, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications- At least 15 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- At least 10 years of clinical, health care, or information systems management work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree

QualificationsUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $146,300 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
