In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Your contribution to the team:
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Required Skill and Experience

- Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud (Payroll, Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management) in driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.

- Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Working knowledge on fast formulas, visual builder studio, HCM data loader, OTBI.

Preferred Skill and Experience

- Experience in solution design, POC, troubleshooting of issues.

- Experience in production support - app upgrades, Incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.

- Experience in working with end users to document the business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.).

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
