THE WORK:As an Oracle HCM Learning Associate Manager, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements and leading critical workstreams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting Oracle Learning Cloud implementations, including configuration and solution design
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into learning and development solutions within Oracle HCM
- Managing workstreams, timelines, and deliverables across project phases (design, build, test, deploy)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Core HR, Talent, Performance, etc.) to ensure integrated HCM solutions
- Providing subject matter expertise on learning strategies, compliance training, and workforce enablement
- Supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensuring high-quality system deployment
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, contributing to team capability development
- Engaging in client discussions, workshops, and presentations, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Supporting business development efforts, including proposals and solutioning
WHAT YOU'LL NEED (Basic Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with hands-on experience in Learning Management/Oracle Learning Cloud
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or enhancements
- Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams in a consulting environment
- Understanding of learning and development processes (training, compliance, certifications, content management)
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
