Location: Remote/Hybrid Job summary: We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Solutions, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier security compliance.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding,Talentand Learning Management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.
- Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
- Implement and manage security settings and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform regular security audits and assessments toidentifyand mitigate potential risks.
- Support data migration processes, ensuring dataintegrityand security.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
- Over8years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
- Proficiencyin Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and experience with BI/OTBI reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team membersworking remotely.
