Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier security compliance.

(No Bench Time, Consistent Projects, Travel-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Help desk, Health and Safety Management.


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.


  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.


  • Implement seamless integration between Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll systems, with specialized focus on US legislative rules, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.


  • Design and configure absence plans, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval workflows to support diverse workforce management scenarios and business operational needs.


  • Develop comprehensive test scripts, detailed user manuals, and engaging training guides to support successful system adoption and ensure end-userproficiencyacross all implemented modules.


  • Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.


  • Implement absence management processes including leave accruals, absence certifications, return-to-work procedures, and integration with disability management systems.


  • Implement and administer security configurations and access controls, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and applicable industry regulatory standards.


  • Configure and manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans (401(k), 403(b)), and related offerings within the system.


  • Configure and provide functional support for benefits data extracts and integrations to facilitate accurate data exchange with third-party providers and vendors.


  • Implement and support Oracle HR Help Desk and Service modules to streamline employee query handling, grievance management, and service request tracking.


  • Implement and maintain Oracle Health and Safety functionality to manage incident reporting, approval workflows, closure tracking, and follow-up activities.


  • Support Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade activities, quarterly releases, and new feature implementations, ensuring continuous system optimization and enhanced functionality delivery.


  • Perform regular security audits and assessments toidentifyand mitigate potential risks.


  • Support data migration processes, ensuring dataintegrityand security.


  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud innovations, legislative updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and compliance adherence.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
