What will your typical day look like?As an Oracle Fusion SCM Manufacturing Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will support Oracle Manufacturing capabilities within a managed services (Operate/AMS) model, working across multiple clients and environments.
You will:
- Support & Operate: Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules including Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing modules.
- Multi-Client Delivery: Operate in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple clients and production setups
- Incident & Enhancement Management: Manage service requests, defects, and enhancements using structured tools and processes
- Client Engagement: Work directly with business users, plant operations teams, and supply chain stakeholders
- Configuration & Troubleshooting: Perform functional configurations, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Testing & Release Support: Participate in testing cycles and support quarterly releases and patches
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Procurement, and Planning teams to support end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process and system optimization opportunities across manufacturing flows

Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:- 3-5 years of Oracle SCM / Manufacturing experience
- Hands-on experience of working on Oracle Fusion Inventory, Costing, or Manufacturing (Work Execution, Work Definition, Quality, Maintenance) modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across engagements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Current Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in one or more of the following:
- Inventory
- Cost Management
- Manufacturing
- PIM
- Expertise in:
- Inventory Management
- Cost Management / Costing
- Manufacturing Modules (Work Execution, Work Definition, Quality, Maintenance
- Experience with:
- Incident, problem, and change management processes
- DevOps / ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira preferred)
- Ability to:
- Perform functional configurations and troubleshooting
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and release management
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves aswell:- Exposure to additional SCM modules such as:
- Demand Planning, Supply Planning
- Order Management / Procurement
- Experience with:
- Integrations (e.g., OIC)
- Reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher)
- Experience in manufacturing-heavy industries
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
