Full Job Description
The Work

As an Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Consultant, you will design, configure, test and deploy Oracle Cloud ERP solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to drive enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, enhancements and optimization initiatives.
  • Configure and deliver Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Expense Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Sourcing and Procurement Contracts.
  • Design Oracle Fusion Security architecture, including Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Access Sets, Segregation of Duties, role mapping and security governance.
  • Conduct fit-gap assessments and facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Support data conversion, integrations, reporting and testing activities.
  • Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT and deployment support activities.
  • Collaborate with offshore and cross-functional teams to support successful delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live stabilization and application support.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Support solution documentation, training and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud innovations, AI capabilities and industry best practices.


Here's What You Need
  • 3+ years Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud business processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
  • Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Security.
  • Knowledge of role provisioning, security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Understanding of ERP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience supporting testing cycles, defect management and cutover activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Professional.
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
  • Oracle Fusion Security Administration experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud and Segregation of Duties controls.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, Public Sector, Products, Resources or Healthcare.
  • Experience working on global transformation programs.
