Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management Specialist

MANTECH seeksa motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management Specialist to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced Oracle Fusion EPM modules for strategic budgeting, forecasting, period-close processing, and narrative reporting.
  • Configuring complex multidimensional data models to support executive-level long-term scenario planning and granular profitability analysis.
  • Tightly integrating the Oracle EPM suite with the ERP Core Ledger (General Ledger) and supply chain modules to enable real-time transactional data flows.
  • Designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Projects and budgeting configuration landscapes, facilitating seamless automated accounting entries back to the ERP General Ledger.
  • Enabling highly responsive capital allocation workflows and significantly accelerating enterprise regulatory and internal filing capabilities.
  • Collaborating closely with finance, supply chain, and program leadership to continuously improve performance management platforms.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise financial systems, specializing as an architect on Oracle EPM/Hyperion implementations.
  • Proven capability designing multidimensional database structures, data models, and long-term planning scenarios.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring Oracle Projects, EPM Budgeting, and mapping downstream integrations to ERP General Ledger accounting flows.
  • Deep technical and functional understanding of EPM integrations with Core Ledgers and Supply Chain management data streams.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Specialist Certification.
  • Experience operating within a Federal government contracting environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey highly technical multidimensional model structures to non-technical executive leadership.


Clearance Requirements:
  • An active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret with polygraph.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering technical presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $163,100.00-$289,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
