Job DescriptionWe currently have a career opportunity for an Oracle EPM Functional/Technical Consultant to join our Product Development - Oracle Services US team.
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EPM Functional/Technical Support Consultant to provide ongoing support, administration, and enhancement services for Oracle EPM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering and supporting Oracle EPM environments across both
on-premises and cloud platforms, with strong knowledge of
Planning, Consolidation, Essbase, and Account Reconciliations. This role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to maintain system stability, troubleshoot issues, support end users, and deliver continuous improvements.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support and administration of Oracle EPM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across EPM modules.
- Support application maintenance, patching, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Manage metadata, security, calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and application teams as needed.
- Provide user training and production support.
Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM administration and support experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Planning / PBCS / EPBCS
- Oracle Consolidation / FCCS / HFM
- Essbase
- Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Experience supporting both Oracle Cloud EPM and On-Premise Oracle Hyperion environments.
- Knowledge of data integrations, data loads, and automation processes.
- Experience with business rule development and troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL and scripting skills preferred.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide timely resolution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading EPM support engagements.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud migration initiatives.
- Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, or REST APIs.
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and close processes.
- Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $83,300.00 to $149,880.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
