Job Summary

William Everett is currently seeking an Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Consultant in the downtown Chicago area. This is an Oracle EBS support role for EBS R12.1.3. Qualified candidates will have expertise in P2P (iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Purchasing, Payable's and Inventory). This individual will be part of the application support team and responsible for providing functional and transaction support to users in the Oracle Applications space.

Requirements
  • Strong technical development expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Interfaces, Workflows, Forms, OAF, OBIEE & other technologies in the Oracle landscape
  • Capable of anticipating and proactively handling issues
  • Able to adhere to SDLC standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and time management capabilities
  • Able to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives
  • Must have the capacity to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, IT teams, departments and levels
  • Capable of identifying issues and resolutions; including incident queue review and analysis of support tickets
  • Ability to collaborate with Oracle support to identify, research and resolve business critical issues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with full implementation, upgrade and support of Oracle e-business suite and/or development/enhancement of RICEWP
  • Strong software engineering skills and computer science experience
  • Expertise in P2P (iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Purchasing, Payable's and Inventory)
  • Experience in EBS Production support (Incidents, Enhancements and Problem Tickets management) adhering to critical SLAs.
  • Strong PLSQL programming skills
  • Strong Unix scripting
  • Oracle Cash Management Technical: SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle XMLP Reports, Forms, Oracle Workflows, RICE components, AOL.
  • Authorized to work in the US
