Business Applications-NetSuite Associate

Position Description

As an associate andproject team memberin the Business Application practice, you willwork with project leads/managers to execute NetSuiteimplementations and changes to existing systems using the firm'sprojectmethodology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance,datamigrationand projectreviews

  • Work collaboratively withinternal and clientproject teamsto configurebase NetSuite functionality, customizations andthird partyintegrations

  • Assistin requirementsgatheringsessions with clients to map business processes and requirements tosolutions

  • Work with implementation team to assess the current state of clients existing systems, businessprocessesandchallenges;factorinto NetSuite solution design &suggestedbusiness processimprovements

  • Workalongside the projectleadto implement process improvements with systematicsolutions

  • Work with implementation team tocreate and execute testing scenarios inNetSuite

  • Assistwithdata migration fromexisting systems toNetSuite

  • Train end users on how to effectively useNetSuitesfeatureswithin the context of their dailyjobs

  • Work with end users toidentify,defineand create customized reports, dashboards andKPIs

  • Providesupport for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providingresolution

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration,Accounting,Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management,Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IndustrialEngineeringor relatedfieldrequired

  • Ability to travel 10-30%

  • A minimum 3.0 GPA ispreferred

Compensation Range: $73,920 - $88,200
