Full Job Description
Job Description

The Oracle Cloud CX Functional Lead is Badger's domain authority for the Oracle CX application suite, owning solution design, configuration, business partnership, and continuous improvement end to end. This is a senior individual contributor role embedded in the Business Applications team, partnering directly with Sales and Operations organizations. The role exists to ensure that Oracle Cloud CX - spanning Sales, CPQ, Field Service, Service, and Sales Performance Management - operates as a continuously improving platform aligned to Badger's business needs, rather than a system maintained reactively. The Functional Lead combines deep Oracle expertise with a product ownership mindset, serving as the primary functional and solution contact for their business partners.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Builds and maintains a strong working relationship with Sales and Operations process owners and key users, serving as their primary functional and solution contact.

  • Provides domain input into IT planning cycles, backlog reviews, and prioritization.
  • Maintains a prioritized enhancement backlog for the CX domain, working with business stakeholders to sequence value and align with IT delivery capacity.
  • Approves and reviews material configuration changes to CX modules - CPQ pricing and product rules, field service scheduling logic, approval workflows, and integration mappings.
  • Manages the Oracle quarterly update cycle for the CX domain: review release notes, assess business impact, coordinate regression testing, and ensure clean adoption.

  • Oracle Cloud CX certification preferred (Sales, CPQ, or Field Service).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge business and IT.
  • Senior individual contributor mindset with high ownership orientation in a lean team environment.

If you feel you don't have the experience listed above, but still think you are qualified for the job, we encourage you to apply for consideration.

What You'll Get In Return:
  • Generous salary and bonus program(s)
  • Low-cost Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Retirement Plan with Employer Matching Contributions
  • Attractive Vacation Programs
  • Inclusive Group Life Insurance
