Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on enterprise-scale platform implementations, including experience operating at the Director level
- Proven track record leading large, complex Oracle Cloud transformations, particularly within Industrials & Manufacturing environments
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, including Procurement, Inventory, Costing, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end delivery, including estimation, implementation planning, solution design, and program/project leadership across multiple workstreams
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, establishing credibility through industry expertise, business acumen, and executive presence
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects of significant scale, scope, and complexity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams to drive outcomes
- Proven ability to develop and mentor team members, including building capabilities across functional and technical consulting teams
- Thought leadership demonstrated through client impact, internal innovation, and/or external contributions (e.g., speaking engagements, publications)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
