JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting & Analytics Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise HR reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you will leverage Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and advanced SQL to deliver dashboards, reports, and data insights that support HR operations and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate has strong Oracle Cloud HCM reporting expertise, a solid understanding of HR data and business processes, and experience transforming complex data into meaningful analytics for HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
Develop recurring, scheduled, and ad hoc reports that support HR operations and executive decision-making.
Build reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM data, including subject areas, datasets, and reporting models.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports where required.
Manage reporting security, access profiles, and role-based permissions to ensure appropriate access to confidential HR data.
Data Analytics & SQL Development
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze HR data.
Design scalable datasets and data models that support dashboards and operational reporting.
Source, integrate, and transform data from Oracle Cloud HCM and related systems.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
Dashboard & Business Intelligence Development
Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, trend analysis, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Deliver user-friendly reporting solutions that provide actionable workforce insights.
Automate recurring reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Data Quality & Reporting Governance
Develop automated validation and quality control processes for HR reporting.
Identify data issues and partner with HRIS and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
Support testing for Oracle Cloud releases, reporting enhancements, and system integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, and business leaders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics and reporting deliverables.
Document reporting logic, data definitions, and technical specifications to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience developing HR reporting and analytics solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
Advanced SQL development skills, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and data transformation.
Experience developing dashboards, operational reports, scheduled reports, and analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
Experience validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting HR data.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data structures, subject areas, and reporting architecture.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Extracts.
Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL Developer, or other enterprise BI tools.
Experience with ETL processes, data integration, or enterprise data warehouses.
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, UAT, and production deployments.
Experience working within HRIS, People Analytics, or Workforce Analytics teams.
Knowledge of HR business processes, employee lifecycle reporting, and HR data governance.
