Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Solution & Delivery Lead,you will provide solution and delivery leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP engagements, supporting client pursuits, solution design, and successful implementation outcomes. You will partner with clients, sales teams, and delivery leaders to develop practical, scalable solutions while providing guidance across functional and technical domains. This role requires strong Oracle Cloud ERP expertise, cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to support practice growth, mentor teams, and guide clients through complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Practice Leadership & Delivery Support

Play a key role in driving forward strategic initiatives and enabling practice growth by:

• Developing and maintaining delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Mentoring functional leads while promoting consistency, quality, and collaboration.
• Supporting resource planning, team development, capability building, and the identification of skills needed to support practice growth.

ERP Solution Architecture Leadership

Translate client business objectives into practical Oracle Cloud ERP solution approaches and delivery roadmaps by:

• Providing architectural guidance across Oracle Cloud ERP, with primary expertise in Financials and broader knowledge of Procurement, Projects, SCM, integrations, reporting, and data.
• Leading or supporting current-state assessments, future-state design, business process alignment, and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensuring end-to-end process considerations across areas such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Project-to-Cash.
• Guiding decisions related to configuration, extensions, integrations, reporting, data migration, security, and third-party systems.
• Reviewing solution designs and key deliverables for quality, feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client needs.
• Balancing business requirements, platform capabilities, and delivery timelines when developing solutions.

ERP Sales Support

Partner with sales and leadership teams to support business development activities and client pursuits by:

• Contributing to proposals, demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentation in support of statements of work.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and serve as a senior advisor throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support the development of new offerings and capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering ERP or enterprise transformation programs, including significant experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with broad exposure to additional ERP areas such as Procurement, Projects, SCM, integrations, reporting, or data.
• Experience supporting or leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, solution design, advisory engagements, or complex delivery programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting sales pursuits, solutioning, estimating, proposals, client workshops, or executive presentations.
• Experience providing leadership, mentorship, or oversight to consulting teams and delivery workstreams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the interdependencies between functional and technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong client relationship, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or another ERP module.
• Experience supporting multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs involving ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, or Analytics.
• Experience developing consulting methodologies, accelerators, intellectual property, or internal practice offerings.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, enterprise integrations, data migration, reporting, analytics, or solution architecture.
• Existing relationships with Oracle, technology partners, or enterprise clients.
• Experience in an Oracle consulting practice leadership, solution leadership, delivery leadership, or similar role.

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $190,000 to $275,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
