Your day-to-day
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations across Financials, SCM, and HCM, driving integrated planning, design, testing, and deployment;
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating specific milestones for configuration, conversions, security, integrations, and cutover;
  • Lead Oracle environment strategy across multi-pillar implementations, ensuring coordinated use of PROD, TEST, and DEV instances to support delivery and change management;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Oracle account managers, proactively removing delivery blockers and fostering a strong, collaborative relationship focused on resolving Service Requests, supporting AI and Redwood adoption, and ensuring effective ERP instance management;
  • Direct cross-functional Oracle Cloud delivery teams and coordinate distributed resources across multiple projects and time zones to ensure successful execution;
  • Manage program financials including partner spend, internal effort forecasts, burn rate, variance analysis, and adherence to project budgets and subscription timelines;
  • Govern project scope, deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change requests while providing executive reporting and steering committee updates;
  • Collaborate with business process owners, SMEs, and client project management to ensure solutions align with business requirements and strategic objectives;
  • Oversee testing, data conversion, integration development, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization activities to support successful go-live outcomes;
  • Foster a motivated , collaborative delivery environment across global and hybrid teams, promoting accountability, transparency, and productivity.
