5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM software and integrations
Proficient in data conversion tools such as HDL and BI Publisher
Strong understanding of workflow configurations within Oracle HCM

Ability to create real-time analytics through OBIEE and custom reporting tools
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and performance tuning concepts

Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts and integrations with systems such as PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos, including secure file transmissions and EDI/EFT outputs
Perform data conversion, mapping, and bulk data loads using HDL and related tools (HSDL, FBL, PBL, Fast Formulas), supporting ongoing data maintenance
Build BI Publisher reports and OBIEE dashboards to deliver real-time analytics, including custom reporting templates (eText, RTF, CSV, Excel)
Configure Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies (BPM), and security for MSS/ESS processes while ensuring system integrity and compliance
Support full SDLC lifecycle including design, testing (UAT/integration), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and delivery of technical documentation and solutions
